Food Olympics!!!
My ward had an activity tonight called Food Olympics. It included a marshmallow relay, eating a donut off a string, taste testing, and putting your face in flour to find a piece of gum and then blow a bubble. It was surprisingly a lot of fun. I even won the bronze medal. Below is a picture from it, sorry it is a little blurry I took it on my phone.

Fun at Utah State!
So I haven't blogged in awhile so I would like to start out by apologizing to all of my devout readers who check my blog daily. :) haha jk.
This first picture I am posting is a picture of a bug that my roommate Ashley and I discovered in our room a couple of nights ago. It is seriously the most disgusting bug I have ever seen. Ashley being the nice roommate that she is, killed it! It was seriously the scariest thing. haha

Tonight, I just got back from going to a concert. It was Allred, Jason Reeves, and Yellowcard. Allred and Jason Reeves were amazing. Yellowcard was ok but wasn't that great. Below is a picture of me with Allred. :) He was amazing!

Well that is all for tonight. Peace Out!

I'm an Aggie!
It's official. I am an aggie! Yesterday was my first day of classes and it was pretty much amazing. :) At night there was an institute social thing and it was interesting to say the least. It was pretty fun. I really need to work on my social skills. I am doing better but can still be a little shy. My roommate Ashley and I had an interesting boy come to talk to us before the dance. He seemed nice enough but kind of weird.
My birthday was the day before and it was a party. I woke up late because I didn't have church until 12:30 and it wasn't like I really had anywhere to be. I went to church and after I introduced myself in Relief Society they said it was my birthday so they all wished me a Happy Birthday. Then at Sunday Sweets that night my whole ward sang to me and threw confetti on me. So that is my life as an Aggie so far. It is pretty fun.

Happy July!

Wow, look at me blogging two days in a row. I think all of my sisters are going to die in shock. :) Well yesterday was just a tag so I thought I would post again and update a little of what I have been doing for the past three months. Well I finished Spring semester the beginning of May and then off I went to Wisconsin for about two weeks to visit my sister Stacie and her family.
Up above is one of my favorite and most embarrassing pictures from the vacation. Yes, that is me going down a rolly slide with my two year old nephew scared for my life and he looks just fine. Since then I have just been in Summer School and working. So not too much new adventure. Summer school ends July 11 and I can't wait. I guess that is all for now. Peace out!

Crocheting Fun!!
Recently I have been crocheting more. It has been a lot of fun. I have learned a lot of new stuff. I have been crocheting since I was really little but never really made anything. Last summer my sister Nicole taught me how to make Hot Pot Holders and it has just sort of taken off from there. I have learned how to make flowers, currently in the process of making scrubbers, baby booties, and dish cloths. I have also learned how to do different stitches and what they are called. I have really enjoyed it, so I thought I would post some pictures of my newest projects.
Below are the Baby Booties I made!

Exercising!!
So I haven't posted in forever. Since January 29 I have become an avid treadmill walker/runner. It is basically just fast walking at a steep incline (incline is the killer). Since that time I have done 45 miles, and burned over 7000 calories. I have actually only done it for 20 days. I missed 4 days because I was out of town and then I was sick for another 6 days(I know not really an excuse but I just didn't feel good :)) So that is what I have been doing with my life lately, that and school and work and homework. It has been fun, even if I am extremely out of shape. I have worked myself up to 3 miles a day at about 3.8 speed and 8 incline. When I first started I could only handle about 2 miles at a much lower incline but at about speed 3.8. From all this exercising I have been able to lose quite a bit of weight. It is not too noticeable, my mom notices and I have had a couple of other people notice outside of my family but not too many. My friend told me that she could really see the difference in my face, so who knows. It just feels great to be getting healthy. I also hardly eat junk food anymore. :( It is sorely missed. I broke down the other day and drank a Manzanita Sol and ate two squares of chocolate on an ikea bar, I also had some french fries and a hamburger. (the fries and hamburger were on a different day) I am doing better and not craving junk food nearly as much. That is all. Peace Out!!
